Arif is an Of Counsel Attorney at The Law Firm of Shihab & Associates. He is admitted to practice both in New York and Ankara (Turkey). With his multinational background, he advises in the area of immigration and nationality law, focusing on a wide range of family and employment-based adjustment of status and asylum cases. Prior to joining our law firm, he worked at a Virginia based immigration law firm. Mr. Gozel has extensive research and academic experience in human rights law. He currently works at our Fairfax branch in Virginia.
